Thanksgiving

we didn't take too many pictures this Thanksgiving....

we served turkey, of course, which had been roasted the day before and stored sliced in the fridge with chicken broth.

the dish with the least amount leftover was the pretzel jello salad....

i think politeness must have dictated the two bites left.

We enjoyed the company of BJ and Alex, Anna, Miriam and James, and Teresa, Pat, Kateri and Sebastian, who drove out from the Grenier cabin festivities to share the day with us.

....the gourmet mac and cheese was a big hit!

unfortunately, it was a tough day for the chicago bears...  

next year, right?!

We had 'serve yourself' in the kitchen, and then everyone brought their plates to the dining room.
