Splish Splash

This has been the summer of Peter's discovery of a deep, fascinating, never boring, ever new, love of the water. He is putting his face in the water, jumping in, vaulting in, swimming like a little dolphin. Three hours at the pool are as 3 minutes to Peter (and Jeanne, too). Mimi has also clocked hours and hours at Urbanna, and, even with sunscreen, has acquired a very dark tan. John refers to her as his hispanic sister....

Teresa is in New Jersey with the walk for the unborn. If you want to check in on their website it is missionariesoftheeucharist.org. She has been enjoying meeting a lot of people and spreading the prolife message. I talked with her yesterday and she mentioned meeting 2 Ukranian college students (fraternal twins) who asked to spend a day or 2 with the walkers. They were enthusiastic participants in the work (walking), talking about the theology of the body, etc. Tee loved getting to know them both. Isn't she lucky to meet these interesting people?

Tomorrow Ken and I get to see the show that John is in this summer, Pippin, at All Saints. We are looking forward to it. Johnny, among other small parts, dances the temptation to the sin of anger. He has a lion painted on his face. It should be wierd and interesting, probably in that order. I'll let you know.... woo-woo!
